Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain and promote Artha India's services.
Persuade customers to join our network.
Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Achieve targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

Experience as a Telecaller or in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: ₹6,000 - ₹17,000 a month
