Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors:
Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a friendly demeanor.
Provide accurate information about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Take messages and relay them accurately.
Office Coordination:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Monitor office supplies and restock as needed.
Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Security and Access Control:
Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Monitor access to the premises and report any suspicious activity.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, printer).
