Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food court at Cosmo Mall
- Manage a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that all food court vendors comply with mall policies and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with mall management and vendors to plan and execute marketing and promotional events
- Conduct regular inspections of the food court to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Keep updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Track financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
