New Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire product development lifecycle, from Development to Production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role will specifically be responsible for research, engineering and technical development for bringing new products and processes to market while maintaining existing products. The Product Manager ensures that the necessary internal resources, tools and processes exist to support and grow the product or service.

•          Responsible for preparing the execution plan of Product developing timing charts.

•          Responsible for component process plan.

•          Evaluate the feasibility of concepts and or samples through engineering testing and analysis.

•          Cost estimation for products and cost analysis for standard cost.

•          Responsible for collecting documents for new product developments.

•          Maintain the database of all insights and information that is being researched about products, suppliers, product research, relevant documents Understand the source of ingredients used by manufacturers.

•          To do FTR (First time Right product)

•          Fine-tuning designs until they are ready for production.

•          Day to Day research on new product developments.

•          Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.

•          Deliver the product specification, process, and procedures to the delivery team for production.

•          The NPD will monitor and validate product manufacturing at each stage of development, sometimes even attending 1st production batch where required.

•          Keeping record of the markets, product portfolio, and formulation testing, manufacturing and regulatory information.

•          Formula development, experimentation and user trials records

•          Documentation of all the documents at every stage during the production process.
