Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and products.
Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
