We are looking for self-motivated people and go getters to advise our potential and existing clients on legal and regulatory services:
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
2 Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
3 Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
4 Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
5 Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
6 Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
Key Requirements:
1 Proven experience as a Business Development Associate, Sales Executive, or similar role.
2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
3 Proficiency in English.
4 Market knowledge and ability to adapt to different target segments.
5 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6 Ability to build rapport.
7 Time management and planning skills.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, law, or related field preferred.
Additional Information:
1 This position offers a competitive salary and commission structure based on sales targets.
2 Travel may be required within the assigned sales territory.
