We are hiring for Female Guest Relationship Executive.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
