We are hiring for Digital Operations and Content Management Specialist (Non-Voice)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our digital operations and content management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms and ensuring the seamless delivery of content to our audience. This is a non-voice role primarily focused on digital content management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content Management:
Coordinate the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email newsletters.
Ensure all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage the technical aspects of our digital platforms such as Chatgpt, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications / Eligibility.
Good written and spoken English.
