Job Description
We are hirig for Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2 support) Qualification: Engineering Graduate
Required 2-5 years of experience in same field.
Required Experience in Monitoring tool and incident, problem, release & request management.
Should have experience providing L1/L2 support for medium sized web based application/system. Should have sound knowledge of SQL queries (any RDBMS database like oracle, sql).
Technical Skill: Unix Shell scripting, Should know SQL queries (any RDBMS database like oracle, sql), Required Knowledge of Apache httpd server & Tomcat deployment process
Basic knowledge of Java would be preferred.
Should have handled multiple applications and worked closely with business users.
Good communication skill both oral & written.
Resolve tickets raised by business team & ensure none are un-attended.
Provide handover between shifts.
Track & maintain issue list & ensuring to closure, Ensure SLA adherence of tickets.
