Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

1. Pitch Sterilizable instrument Boxes(primary) and OEM/ODM services in the medical device domain (secondary)

2. Initiate Communication through Cold calls and Emails.

3. Build and nurture relationship with potential Customer till Sales is closed.

4. Generate Sales Leads and Convert them into Sales Orders.

4. Provide in-sales and after-sales support.

5. Be communication Channel for in Process orders between customer and Factory.

Skills and education Based on experience

Common across all experience levels

1. Should be polite, gentle, well groomed & confident.

2. Self-starter and Willing to initiate.

3. Comfortable in travelling (25%) as well as virtual meetings with customers.

4. Should have Excellent Written and Oral Communication to convey Company Capabilities.

5. Should be fluent in English(written/oral), Hindi(oral) is mandatory. Fluency in Marathi (oral)or Gujarati(oral) is preferred but not Mandatory

Experience:
1.  Should be able to research Products related to Medical Devices.
2.  Should be able to find Market prices for Existing Products.
3.  Prepare Organise and Collate all information.
4.  1-Year Experience
5.  Mandatory Knowledge of orthopaedic instruments, Implants and ancillary instruments.
6.  Mandatory Know-how of Industry working, Major Stake Holders.

Salary:

  • 0 Experience: INR 16K Base Salary In hand for No experience. + Commision
  • 1 year experience: INR 20K in Hand + Commision.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
