Job Description
We are hiring for Service Advisor
Shift: Day shift Weekend availability
Responsibilites:
Help customers decide between trading in a car and fixing it through our shop
Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
Customer Service: "Greet customers and provide a welcoming and professional environment. Listen to their concerns, answer questions, and provide accurate information about services and pricing. Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner."
Scheduling: "Manage the scheduling of appointments for vehicle servicing, ensuring that appointments are optimally scheduled to maximize efficiency and meet customer needs. Coordinate with the garage team to ensure timely completion of services."
Estimating and Invoicing: "Provide customers with accurate estimates for services and communicate any additional services that may be needed. Generate invoices for completed services, ensuring accuracy in pricing and services rendered."
Manage and oversee the service center's workflow and scheduling
Schedule service appointment and provide accurate estimates.
Automotive Knowledge: "Basic understanding of automotive systems, parts, and repair procedures is preferred to effectively communicate with customers and technicians."
Explained service options and additional offering that might be beneficial.
Parts Management: "Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their vehicles and ensure that correct parts are ordered and available for servicing. Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary parts in a timely manner.
