Job Description
- Responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transferring to and from bed, wheelchair, or other equipment
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
