Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Business Development Manager to enhance the existing business of website development, Digital Marketing & Training for the same, Franchise development

With good communication skills in English, Hindi, Computer basics / DM knowledge

Exposure to grow business of IT Company with Franchise/Networking eco-system, Interns/Industrial training Students mobilization from Colleges/Universities in Job packages etc.. Already having more than 1300 franchise across India.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaisoning with Universities/Colleges: Identify and deal to the concerned HOD of Universities/colleges to engage students with CITC - The Hub of IT in internship/industrial training.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise/clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and identify areas for business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to meet client requirements.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals and targets.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
