Job Description
- Oversee the entire production process and ensure all operations are running smoothly
- Coordinate with production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet company specifications
- Develop and implement production schedules and communicate expectations to team members
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during production and provide quick resolutions
- Implement safety protocols and ensure production area is clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Keep detailed records of production activities and report on progress to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
