Job Description

Position: Guest Relations Executive

Work Experience: 0-1 years

Shift Timings: 7 am to 3 pm OR 2 pm to 10 pm (as decided by management)

CTC per month: Rs.16,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (subject to work experience)

Applicants must have following Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, etc.

-Communication Skills (spoken and written) must be excellent

- MS Office (Excel and Word)

-Hard Working, Eager to Learn

-Must be well groomed as will be directly interacting with customers

Details of Job Description

-Handle incoming calls and emails of Members and Non-Members

-Call Members and give Club Updates

-Manage Sports Facility bookings and payments for Cricket, Football, Badminton, Bicycling, Table Tennis, Carrom, Pool and Rooms.

-Plan and Manage Club Events
