Business Development Manager (BDM) - Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to launch and grow the filter cloth division.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Sales and Marketing: Drive sales efforts by developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying potential clients, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Product Development: Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve filter cloth products, ensuring they meet market demands and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the filtration industry.
• In-depth knowledge of filter presses and the filtration market, including various types of filter cloth such as woven, non-woven, and specialty fabrics (e.g., polyester, monofilament, antistatic, food grade).
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Proficiency in market analysis and business planning.
