Job description

Role Overview :

The Assistant Territory Manager for B2B sales plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory. This position involves proactive field sales activities, including client prospecting, meetings, and presentations, to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking to effectively penetrate markets and drive business growth.

 

● Support the Regional Manager in developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
● Identify and prospect new B2B & B2CH within the territory.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through visits to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products.
● Collaborate with internal teams and Internal Sales Managers to address client needs and concerns, focusing on growing the sales.
● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis
● Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company offerings.
● Assist in resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
● Gather Market Intelligence information during the Field Visit of the customers / suspects visit .

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Sales Revenue: Achieving or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory.
● New Customers: Number of new customers acquired through field sales efforts (B2B customers).

 

Key Result Area (KRA):

● Territory Management: Effectively manage and prioritize field sales activities within the assigned territory.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
● Outstation Days: Grow presence through visits in the designated territories. Minimum 12 days outstation travel.
● Average revenue per customer .

 

Experience(years)- 1 – 2

Qualification: Bachelors degree

LOCATIONS ARE: NOIDA, GURGAON, CHENNAI, BANGALORE AND MUMBAI
