Job Description

We are hiring for Administrative/Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department in recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding candidates.
  • Aid in payroll calculations.
  • Schedule inter-departmental meetings, coordinate times with employees, and arrange for food and other necessities.
  • Manage calendar schedules for management, make copies of required documents for meetings, arrange travel, book hotels and conference rooms, and set up audio-video equipment.
  • Organize, compile, and update company records and documentation.
  • Assist the HR department in scheduling, coordinating, and executing training and other office events.
  • Provide support to department heads as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external agencies to ensure smooth administrative functioning.
  • Coordinate daily activities with housekeeping staff.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and execute plans efficiently.
