Key Responsibilities:

•         Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and pitch the company’s products/services.

•         Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.

•         Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure the conversion of leads into sales.

•         Feedback: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team to improve service delivery.

•         Training: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

•         Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

•         Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer objections.

•         Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.

•         Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Tamil. English required] is a plus.

•         Attitude: Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000 – 17,000 per month
