Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
Understand client needs and proactively address concerns to enhance client satisfaction.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Communication and Negotiation:
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their goals and objectives.
Negotiate agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients on products, services, and industry trends.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
Client Retention:

Qualifications:
