Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is essential in facilitating the daily operations of our office. This role involves providing crucial support to the recruiting and marketing teams by managing administrative tasks related to job creation, job closure, recruitment and marketing reports. Candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Job Location: Brookefield, Bangalore
Job Mode: Onsite
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Qualifications and Skills:
- Any bachelor's degree, preferably commerce background.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in night shift is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
