Job Description

- Perform work-related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank and other work as required.
- Maintain office files and storage systems, Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, meetings or events etc for the upper management and staff.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manage reception and provide general support to the visitors.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
 

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
