ole Description-
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller in Noida at Procollect Services Pvt Ltd. the role is to solve customer queries on call. The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to customers over blended calls and to negotiate with customers for banking products.

Qualifications-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuasively communicate with customers to collect payments
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a polite manner
Basic computer and data entry skills
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service preferred
