Responsibilities:

You deliver custom technology solutions to digitalise tedious, manual tasks and streamline processes within our organisation
• You drive the enhancement of our technology stack by exploring latest low code tools and offerings tostrengthen the team’s automation capabilities
• You find technology solutions to complex problems and design feasible digital automation concepts witha high amount of creative freedom
• You work on a broad variety of digital technology projects
• Bring your ideas to life: build and test automations until they are ready to be released to the organisation
• You explore and combine low code technologies with individual software modules to guarantee
 scalability of smart solutions
 You become a crucial part of an interdisciplinary and international team of technology experts and solution developers Daily alignment with team colleagues

Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software or low code developer
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing low code solutions with international teams Mandatory Capabilities:
• Expert in Microsoft Power Apps
• Profound experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud
• Expertise in connecting to data sources like Sharepoint or Dataverse
• Practical touch points with other low code platforms or RPA tools
• Basic knowledge and interest in UI / UX design
• Very Good English skills: written & verbaL Beneficial Capabilities:
• Experiences in web-based frontend development (HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript or Typescript)
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Vue.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure)
• Practical understanding of Git and CICD concepts and functionalities
• Touch points with agile project management (e.g. SCRUM) Personality:
• Proactive and self-driven, always looking for ways to improve and innovate
• Structured, independent and goal-oriented approach in working • Great team working and communication skills • Service oriented hands-on mentality
• Passionate for digital technology, staying updated with the latest trends Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software or low code developer
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing low code solutions with international teams
