Job Description
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors for various products and services
- Conduct research on market trends and industry best practices for sourcing
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and specifications for sourcing initiatives
- Track and analyze supplier performance and provide regular reports to management
- Assist in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues or disputes that arise
- Support in developing sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the sourcing process and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on industry developments and new sourcing opportunities
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sourcing Manager.
