We are hiring for Female Academic Counselor

- Provide academic counseling to students to help them achieve their educational and career goals
- Assess the academic needs and performance of students, and develop customized action plans
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and extracurricular activities
- Assist students in setting academic and career goals, and create strategies to achieve them
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students' academic success
- Stay up-to-date on educational trends and resources to provide current and accurate information to students
- Collaborate with the placement team to match students with suitable academic programs and colleges
- Organize workshops and seminars on academic skills, study habits, and college preparation
- Track and monitor students' progress, and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Maintain confidential records of students' academic performance and counseling sessions.
