- Provide academic counseling and guidance to students enrolled in the Upskill Academy program
- Assist students in developing academic and career goals, creating action plans, and monitoring progress
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address personal and academic challenges
- Collaborate with students to develop individualized academic success plans
- Connect students with additional resources and support services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and counseling sessions
- Communicate regularly with students, instructors, and program staff to provide updates on student progress
- Stay current on academic policies, resources, and best practices in counseling and student support
- Support students in developing study skills, time management strategies, and academic habits for success
- Uphold the values and mission of Upskill in all interactions with students and colleagues.
