- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with booking transportation services and resolving any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery and pick up of goods
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service efficiency
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any service gaps
- Keep updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Quilon Transport
- Report to the Service Manager and assist with any other duties as needed
