- Responsible for inside sales, including making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-sale
