Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and objectives of the company
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers
- Administer and track employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Organize and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes to ensure employee growth and development
- Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Collaborate with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on business decisions and strategic planning.
