Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns to schedule appointments for the sales team
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industries to target
- Maintain a database of call records, leads, and appointments for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling scripts and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects to increase conversion rates
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and new business generated
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to improve calling techniques and results
