Job Description
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and local regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Coordinate with management to address safety concerns and implement solutions to mitigate risks
- Administer employee safety training programs to ensure all staff members understand and follow safety protocols
- Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for prevention
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety awareness
- Collaborate with external agencies and consultants on safety-related initiatives and programs
- Act as a point of contact for safety-related issues and provide guidance and support to employees
- Communicate safety updates and information to staff through meetings, reports, and other forms of communication.
