We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and a passion for digital marketing. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to meet company objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Flexibility to work in the night shift if required.

Work timings: 1pm to 10 pm , 5 days working
