Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates
- Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new processes and systems
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
