Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive warranty management program for clients
- Create and maintain warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve warranty issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor warranty claims and track performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and educate staff on warranty processes and best practices
- Communicate with clients to address any warranty-related concerns or questions
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure warranty terms are met
- Conduct regular audits of warranty processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to company guidelines
- Manage warranty budget and allocate resources effectively to support warranty initiatives
