Job Description
We are hiring for BPO Executive for Domestic/ International Process (Blended process)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to relay information effectively
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Process orders and inquiries efficiently
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Shift: Roatation shift and Rotational week off
Qualification - Min 12th pass can apply
Age - Max 32
Experience -Both fresher and experienced can apply
Location- Mansarovar, jagatpura, sitapura jaipur
Salary 10-32k CTC
Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and excellent English
