Head HR and Administration Screening Questions

Job Description

1. Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and industry regulations.

3. Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

4. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

5. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

6. Lead the administration function, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office supplies procurement.

7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

8. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.

 

Education:

  • Graduation in BMS, MBA HR
  • Excellent Communication.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience only in jewellery industry.
