Job Description
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain customer signatures as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure successful deliveries
