Job Description
- Lead and manage all HR activities for Innovate Cosmo Solutions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
