We are hiring for Design Engineer, Mechanical engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in design and development in conveyors, machinery, and special purpose machines (SPMs). Good knowledge in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.

Concept designing of

• Conveyors and packaging machines.
• Pick and place machines / Gantry lines.

Knowledge of Pneumatics

• Selection of Pneumatic cylinder
• Application Engineering
• Selection of vaccum ejectors/ suction caps etc.

Knowledge of drive motors

• Selection and sizing of geared motors with respect to torque and speed
• Servo motors/ stepper motors

Knowledge of drive gears and sprockets

• Speed calculation

Knowledge of linear movement mechanism

• LM guide ways/ V guides and rollers
• Ball screws/ rack and pinions
• Toothed belt and pulleys

Sheet Metal Knowledge

• Control panels
• Enclosures
• Storage tanks

Racks and storage solutions

• Pipe bendings and fabrication
