Job Description

Position: Sales Executive - Flipkart Pre Sales Process (Globia)


Join our team for the Flipkart Pre Sales Process at Globia as a Sales
Executive. We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales
experience, proficiency in English and Hindi, and a drive to excel in a sales
environment.


Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote Flipkart
products and services.
Utilise your sales experience to understand customer needs, address
inquiries, and provide solutions to drive sales.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about Flipkart offerings to
effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by meeting or exceeding key performance
indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers to
enhance their shopping experience.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a sales or customer
service role.
Proficiency in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, is essential.
Minimum qualification: PUC.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have own transportation as no cab facility provided. Day shift only.
Salary: 22,000 with Unlimited Incentives
