Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough background verification checks for international clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with clients, gather necessary information, and provide updates on verification progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of verification processes and outcomes, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the verification process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduation.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, preferably in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
