Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers in the US Telecom industry via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
    • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and technical experts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: PUC.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, with a focus on customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
  • Salary: Up to 29,000
