Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with international customers in the education sector via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathetically and effectively resolve customer concerns and provide information on educational services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and exceed performance targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding educational programs, enrollment procedures, and other related queries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: PUC.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, preferably in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
  • Salary: Up to 29,000
