Handling the customer queries over chats only
Resolving customer queries and concerns.
Assisting Customer if they are facing a problem.
Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.

Requirement: -

Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
Excellent Chat handling and communication skills.
Retail chat support experience can add an advantage.
