Job Description
Designation: Tele Calling - Female
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries
- Follow-up on leads and maintain a database of customer information
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas and targets
- Collaborate with sales team to generate sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
