Locations & Compensation
- Mumbai: CTC ₹20–22 LPA + Performance Incentives
- Ahmedabad: CTC ₹12–15 LPA + Performance Incentives

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager / Senior Wealth Relationship Manager to drive business growth through the acquisition and management of HNI, Ultra HNI, and institutional clients, while expanding distribution partnerships across PMS, RIA, and AIF products.
The role involves client acquisition, distributor onboarding, relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of PMS, RIA, and AIF investment products.
- Acquire and manage HNI, Ultra HNI, and institutional clients.
- Onboard, activate, and manage Individual Financial Advisors (IFAs), distributors, and channel partners.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, clients, and institutional partners.
- Conduct product presentations, investor awareness sessions, and distributor training programs.
- Support distributors with sales enablement and marketing collateral.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional distribution network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business targets.
- Maintain strong client engagement and provide investment-related support.
- Collaborate with internal investment and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
- Travel within the assigned territory and visit the Surat Head Office periodically for business reviews.
Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in selling PMS, AIF, and RIA products.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing HNI and Ultra HNI clients.
- Existing network of HNIs, Ultra HNIs, IFAs, distributors, wealth advisors, or institutional clients is highly preferred.
- Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA, CFA, CFP, NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
