Job Description
- Participate in a structured training program to learn the fundamentals of visa application processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and tracking visa applications.
- Assist in organizing and compiling required documentation for visa applications.
- Learn to ensure accuracy and completeness of visa-related paperwork.
- Develop effective communication skills to liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates.
- Address queries and concerns related to visa applications.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and contribute to policy updates.
- Provide support to employees regarding visa requirements and processes.
- Gain experience in maintaining accurate records of visa applications and approvals
- Assist in coordinating with external service providers as needed.
