Job Description
- Monitor and track employee work hours and overtime
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Implement and enforce company policies related to timekeeping
- Generate and analyze attendance and timekeeping reports
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with timekeeping records
- Assist HR department with time-related queries and issues
- Collaborate with IT department to enhance timekeeping systems and processes
