- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Inspect welded joints for quality and ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding issues that arise during the production process
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize welding techniques and procedures
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Keep track of inventory levels and request new welding supplies as needed
